What if I need to return an item?
USA Scientific warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship. We will replace defective products at no cost to you. Please call us on our toll free number (1-800-LAB-TIPS) if you encounter any problems with our products. Please complete our short Product Performance Evaluation Form and email orders@usascientific.com so that your return can be processed. This form must accompany all instruments, and the Declaration of Decontamination must be signed; USA Scientific will
not accept any returns without this information.
Return authorization numbers will be issued for all returns. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. A 15% restocking charge is applied to returns on correctly filled orders of non-defective product. Return transportation must be prepaid in every case.
Some items were damaged when received. What do I do?
Call customer service (1-800-522-8477) as soon as the damage is discovered. Keep all of the original packaging material until the damage claim is resolved.
