How do I place an order?
Purchase orders may be submitted by phone, fax, email, US mail, or through our web site at http://www.usascientific.com.Phone orders are accepted Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern Time. Faxed orders can be received 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please specify catalog number, product description, quantity and price. Prices are in US dollars. International customers should refer to their local distributors for pricing information or email email@example.com.

What if I forgot my password?
If you have misplaced your password, our website will be happy to send it to your email. Click on Forgot Your Password, enter your email address in the box provided, then press "Continue". Your password will be sent to the email address you provided upon registration.
If our website cannot locate your email address, you will need to register on our website.
Do you accept standing orders?
If your research calls for regular delivery of a product, we can offer you standing order service. Standing orders conserve storage space in your lab and insure that you have high use items on hand. Does USA Scientific participate in any ecommerce programs?
USA Scientific maintains electronic catalogs for our customers who prefer to purchase through spend management programs. These systems include Jaggaer (Sciquest), Ariba, and GHX. When and how will my order be shipped?
Please allow up to 24 hours for order confirmation. Most orders are delivered 2 to 5 business days from receipt. (Overnight or second day delivery is available for an additional fee.) We ship via FedEx Ground, United Parcel Service (UPS), or a common carrier unless otherwise requested.
How do I track a package?
Shipping confirmations are automatically emailed to the ship-to email address on your order. A tracking link in the email will provide information on expected delivery dates or delivery status.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.
What are your payment terms?
Upon approval, terms of payment are net 30 days. We accept payment by check, credit card, or electronically through ACH. FOB Ocala, FL; Enfield, CT; or Fresno, CA. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice. All prices subject to change without notice.
How can I set up a credit account with USA Scientific?
If you would like to set up a credit account, please complete our online credit application. If you are with a university within the United States, a section of the Federal Government, or would like to pay by credit card, you will not need to fill out a credit application.
Please make sure that all areas are completed, including all fax and phone numbers. Please note that incomplete credit applications cannot be processed. If you have any questions regarding the application, please contact us at (800) 522-8477 or (352) 237-6288.
What if I need to return an item?
USA Scientific warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship. We will replace defective products at no cost to you. Please call us on our toll free number (1-800-LAB-TIPS) if you encounter any problems with our products. Please complete our Product Performance Evaluation Form and email it to email@example.com or fax it to us at 352-351-2057 so that your return can be processed. This form must accompany all instruments, and the Declaration of Decontamination must be signed; USA Scientific will not accept any returns without this information.
Return authorization numbers will be issued for all returns. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. A 15% restocking charge is applied to returns on correctly filled orders of non-defective product. Return transportation must be prepaid in every case.
Some items were damaged when received. What do I do?
Call customer service (1-800-522-8477) as soon as the damage is discovered. Keep all of the original packaging material until the damage claim is resolved.

How do I request a sample?
Many of our products are available to sample. Please call us or complete our online quote request form. Indicate items you are interested in under "Catalog number(s) or items you would like on the quote." Your request will be forwarded to a sales representative in your area.

How do I request a quote for a custom item?
Our Custom and Barcoded Products page includes forms and additional information. Please email or call us if you need special packaging, non-labeled products, or other items you don’t see on our website.
How do I reach Technical Support?

How can TipOne® products be recycled?
- TipOne® pipet tip racks, wafers, lids, and stack components are made from polypropylene code #05 and can be recycled with other #05 products.
- TipOne refill wafers have an outer packaging shell made from either polypropylene #05 (new design introduced in 2015) or PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol) code #01 (refills produced before 2015).
- The plastic shrink wrap on refill wafers, stacks, and sterilized products is made from olefin code #07 and can be recycled with "other" recycling products.
- The cardboard box that contains TipOne racks is made from recycled chipboard and can be recycled where chipboard is accepted.
- In selected areas where #05 products are accepted recycling may be available to you through your local sales representative. To locate a sales representative in your area, please call 1-800-522-8477.
