Solvent-resistant PlateOne® polypropylene deep well plates are ideal for sample preparation, storage, screening, analysis, and bacteria or yeast cultures. Excellent centrifugation strength provides better performance and recovery, and laser-marked alphanumerics won’t rub off.
0.5 mL deep well plates have round wells. High clarity enhances sample viewing. Plates measure 127.8 mm L x 85.5 mm W x 27.1 mm H and have a functional temperature range of -86° to +125°. The maximum centrifugation range is 6,000 × g (5,000 for sterile plates).
The working volume is 30-500 µl per well; total well volume is 700 µl. Non-sterile bulk plates are sealed in zip top bags. Non-sterile plates in sleeves have tamper evident zip top sealing strips. Sterile plates are individually wrapped with easy opening tear strips.
